A Family/Systemic Constellation Day ahead of Christmas celebrations may be just the way to calm anxious preparations for visits with relatives. We would like to look forward to holiday times with family and friends and while our own expectations can have a tendency at times to create some stress, other times, familial discomfort, unresolved issues or unaccepted differences can appear in conversation, when making arrangements or even an inability to express ourselves well with others. We may experience sorrow with significant loss of loved ones through death, estrangement or maybe we miss our family and friends who are travelling or living overseas. Despite our good intentions, Christmas can bring up a range of feelings.

In Australia, Christmas at the end of the year comes with a mixture of relief, fatigue and for tying up lose ends at work, school, or an anticipation for holidays and the New Yearmay challenge our ability to be gracious and present to one another as we would like to be with our loved ones. Sometimes, the present generation unknowingly carry unresolved issues, buried grievances, and unconscious loyalties out of a sense of familial love and to maintian our belonging. Sometimes, we are taken by surprise by our desire of wanting to get along with everyone and our at times, loosely concealed indifferences or disagereement that can threaten to taint gatherings and contribute a strain in expressions of love toward one another. Or, there may be financial difficulties, housing uncertainty, job insecurity or health issues and other problems causing us worry or wearing our tolerance and patience thin.

A constellation circle created in community can bring awareness and hope, can uncover a pathway of love and allows freedom to see ourselves and others with a new perspective. Inner peace and calm often results from doing your own constellation and we also benefit when witnessing or representing for others - the world benefits when we dare to bring awareness to our own hearts. This gentle and powerful modality is extraordinary in how it helps us to move forward with love, feeling lighter and less burdened, and allows space for and nurtures peace within us.

This is our last constellation circle for 2023. We look forward to facilitating more workshops in 2024! If yuou would like more details or a chat about this work and how it may support you, please sms us! Contact Tony 0421 171 479 or Karena 0434 674 753 for more details (sms to intro self).
